Our company makes every effort every day to serve its customers as effectively as possible. The creation of this particular online store marks the beginning of a form of advanced communication between the company and our customers. The online store that is being created is aimed at all professionals who wish to receive immediate information on the products offered by our company in combination with the possibility of making purchases through our online store, following a remote online order, always subject to availability of its reserves.
KENNY aims at immediate customer service and satisfaction with the continuous responsibility it demonstrates throughout the course of its business development.
The present conditions are fully compatible with the applicable European and Greek law while the users recognize the right of the company to change the provisions of these conditions, insofar as they do not concern binding legal obligations and without affecting completed situations.

For us, it is our obligation for the customer to always be informed and assured. For this reason, we inform the customers of our online store about the following issues:
A. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In order to carry out any transaction through the KENNY online store to place orders for the company's products, you will be asked to disclose some of your personal information. When you place an order, we will ask you for your full name, the address to which the products will be shipped, your landline number (or any other phone number you prefer), your email address, your website.
This data is processed by the company in accordance with the application of article 7A par. 1 (b) Law 2472/1997, in order to implement the order given by the customer and in no way will they be disclosed, made public or sold to third parties, except if the procedure defined by the legislation for the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) is initiated or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.

C. ORDERING PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Placing an order through the online store constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended.
You can place a valid order through the online store if you are legally competent in compliance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code, (as long as you have completed the eighteenth year of your age and you are not in judicial custody regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by representatives of legal entities, while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders that will be made by legally incompetent persons.
For products addressed exclusively to professionals and for orders from companies, our company reserves the right to request any certificate or other evidence in order to establish your professional identity and/or legal representation (in cases of a company).
PROCEDURE FOR PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH THE ELECTRONIC STORE
1. Completing a special form with the necessary information to conclude the sales contract.
2. Unreserved acceptance of the terms of the sales contract and the terms of use, with the electronic option "ACCEPT" given to the interested party by the website.
For the convenience and service of all those who wish to make their purchases from our online store, KENNY provides the following alternative payment methods:
1. Cash on delivery (only for Greece) when you receive the products. In this case, the customer will be charged a fee of 2.50€ (24% VAT included) in addition to the cost of transport.

The consumer through the website is informed by the company, before the completion of his order, about the identity and address of the supplier, the price, the quantity, the cost of transport, the method of payment, the delivery, the cost of cash on delivery (applies for cash on delivery payments), as well as the right of withdrawal.
By sending the order form, the consumer receives a copy of the order online, which can be saved.
The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include VAT (24%, 13 %). KENNY reserves the right to adjust prices without being obliged to inform the consumer. Valid price is defined as the price of the product when the order is placed and if it is available.
Note: Customers outside the European Union are subject to any financial charges due to exchange rate differences, customs clearance, etc. for which the company bears no responsibility.
D. METHOD – TIME – SHIPPING COST
Orders placed till 12:00 p.m. shipped the same day.
Product deliveries to destinations within Greece are made from Monday to Friday through ACS company. The delivery time for land areas is 1-2 working days (in hard-to-reach areas the delivery time is not easy to determine it).
The charges are as follows:
1. For shipments to land destinations with a total weight up to 2 kg, the shipping costs are 3.50€. For each additional kilo the fee is 1.50€.
2. For shipments to island destinations with a total weight up to 2 kg, the shipping costs are 4.00€. For each additional kilo the charge is 1.80€.
3. For shipments to hard-to-reach areas with a total weight up to 2 kg, the shipping costs are 6.00€. For each additional kilo the charge is €1.80.
4. In case you want delivery on Saturday, there is an extra charge of 3.00€ and you should mention it to us with a relevant comment.
For shipments to hard-to-reach areas, for which there are additional charges, the customer will be informed by the company with a relevant message.
Shipments outside of Greece are made exclusively and only after consultation with the company.
E. CONSUMER RIGHTS
ORDER CANCELATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it by sending an email to: info@kenny-racing.gr After the aforementioned time cancellation cannot be accepted.
WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return all or part of the order within ten (10) calendar days from the date you receive it. In this case, you only bear the direct shipping cost of returning the products. In the event that the reason for the return concerns an error on the part of the company, we undertake to bear the shipping cost of returning the products.
You must send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, without tampering its packaging and confirming that the product's special markings have not been removed. Additionally, you must include the receipt. The return will only be accepted by shipping with a transport company (courier) and only after company's approval.
In the case of returning the products your money refund will be completed within 8 days from the date you receive the products. Accordingly on one hand, the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other hand the way they will be returned to our company. In case that the reason of the return concerns an error on the part of the company, Kenny-racing.gr undertakes to re-send a courier to the address you have specified for the receipt of the order at its own expense.
In the event that the consumer wishes to return the order without being a fault of the company, then the shipping costs are bear of the consumer. From the moment the product leaves you, Kenny-Racing.gr receives it within 1-2 working days for returns within Greece and via ACS courier. In the event that you choose other transport companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us. After we have received the product, we will immediately procedure your request and inform you by e-mail how to process it. After the return of the product, and if approved by the Company, the customer is compensated in the full amount either by a corresponding deposit to his bank account, or in another way according to the above.

REPLACEMENT / CHANGE
The company is obliged to provide the right of replacement in case the product is considered defective. In case the consumer wants to change the respective product, he is obliged to follow one of the following methods:
1. To return it to the company with a transport company (courier) and to place a new order. In this case, the return costs are borne by the consumer.
2. To change it at any store of the company in Greece, without any charge.
If the reason of the return concerns an error of the company, the cost of the return shall be borne by the company. After returning the product, the customer is compensated in full with a corresponding deposit to his bank account.
MORE:
1. Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail, so that you can notify us if you wish, under these conditions, the completion of your order. Our company is not responsible for any situation beyond our fault and will do everything humanly possible to serve you better.
2. Modification of the terms hereof: KENNY reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. It also undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
